What BB HQ is

Bella Baciata HQ is an internal operations application built and run by Bella Baciata for its own staff. It is not a public service and is not offered to other businesses. Access is granted by Bella Baciata and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Who may use it

BB HQ may be used only by Bella Baciata staff and contractors who have been granted an account, for Bella Baciata business. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Each role is limited to the locations and records it needs.

Acceptable use

Staff must not use BB HQ to publish content that is false, offensive or misleading, and must follow the platform rules of any connected service. Replies published to Google reviews must follow Google's Business Profile policies, including the rules on prohibited and restricted content. AI-suggested replies are drafts only: the staff member who publishes a reply is responsible for its content.

Connected accounts

Managers may connect third-party accounts, including Google, Square, Xero, Instagram and Deputy, to the locations they administer. Only connect accounts that Bella Baciata owns or is authorised to manage. Connections can be removed at any time in Settings → Integrations.

Data

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Records created in BB HQ are Bella Baciata business records.

Availability

BB HQ is provided as-is for internal use, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the business changes.
